Next: go back to the Fulfill tab and paste it into the store's Authorization code from the store box, then save the store. You can close this tab after that.

The store did not grant access

Go back to Fulfill and click Connect to the store again, then approve on the store's page.

Connecting a store to Fulfill

eBay and TikTok Shop send you to this page after you approve Fulfill's access to your seller account.

1. In Fulfill, add the store and click Connect.
2. Sign in and approve on the store's page.
3. You land back here with a code to paste into Fulfill.
